Technical Program and Project Manager

As a Technical Program Manager, you'll lead projects that push the boundaries of semiconductor thin film process equipment. Your role is pivotal in transforming early concepts into market-ready, innovative solutions. You'll guide a talented team of engineers and scientists, ensuring seamless integration of theory, innovation, and practical application.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of nanofabrication manufacturing systems, overseeing projects from conception to market release
- Coordinate cross-functional teams of engineers in various disciplines
- Drive manufacturing and sourcing strategies, including planning and execution of build events
- Act as the primary liaison with vendors and partners, aligning program objectives with daily operations
- Develop and implement processes to enhance product integrity and project efficiency
- Contribute to product roadmap, go-to-market strategies, and proposal development
Qualifications and Personal Attributes
- Minimum BS degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, etc.), Physics, or related field; advanced degrees preferred.
- Proven track record in leading complex hardware product development
- 3+ years experience in managing design and development projects from concept to production.
- Experience in manufacturing thin film deposition equipment or related technologies environment.
- Experience with Prince2®, PMI PMP®, Agile methodologies, or equivalent
- Familiarity with mechanical and electrical standards (e.g., IEEE, CE, UL, SEMI)
- Self-motivated and proactive, with an eagerness to drive projects to completion
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging diverse stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and adaptability to innovative approaches.
- Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
